Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights allow you to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the pack.

Returns Policy

We offer a full refund or product exchange if the product is not right for you provided you return the product to us within 30 days from date of receipt.

If the product is incorrect, damaged or defective then please return the pack within the 30 day period in order to claim your refund or replacement.

In order to return a product to us the following conditions must be met:

·       The product must be in an unused and undamaged condition or in the condition it was received.

·       The product must be repackaged in a suitable way, preferably using the original packaging it was delivered in.

·       You will require a valid proof of purchase.

When returning a product, please confirm this by sending an email to support@gro-expert.com and giving a reason for the return.  Once received, we will email you confirming receipt of your item(s). We will only refund the cost of returning an item if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect, otherwise you must return the goods at your cost.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit, when returning an item to us.

Refund Payment

We will process a full refund of the amount due to you as quickly as we can.  Refunds can take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card or payment account, depending on your card provider.
